Jane joined Polar Semiconductor as Vice President of Human Resources in late 2024, bringing over 25 years of experience in human resources, including 18 years in executive leadership roles. Her diverse career spans industries such as security, information technology, manufacturing, and aerospace contracting, where she has consistently driven organizational success.

With a strong focus on transformational leadership, Jane has built a reputation for successfully navigating acquisitions and aligning talent strategies to achieve business goals. Her deep expertise in human resources, coupled with operational insight, makes her a vital leader in shaping Polar’s workforce initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation and growth.

Jane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from Upper Iowa University.
