Mike joined Polar Semiconductor as CFO in early 2024. Prior to Polar, he spent 8 years with Ecolab, serving as Vice President of Finance across various corporate divisions. His career began as a chemical engineer and then shifted to finance, starting with investment banking equity research.

Mike holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the University of Minnesota, which have provided him with a robust technical foundation that continues to guide his strategic financial decision-making.
