He led the Sales & Marketing organization in EMEA and Americas at STMicroelectronics, consistently delivering multi-billion-dollar revenue growth and expanding market share. Paul has built and led high-performing, global teams and is known for fostering strong customer partnerships, driving employee engagement, and creating shareholder value through bold strategy, operational excellence, and innovative market solutions.

Paul holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Oregon and an M.B.A. from Portland State University.
