Paul “Chip” Schorr brings nearly three decades of private equity and technology investment leadership to Polar Semiconductor. He is the founder of Niobrara Capital and has held senior roles at CVC (Managing Partner), Blackstone (Senior Managing Director/Global Head of Technology Investing), Augusta Columbia (Managing Partner), and One Equity Partners (Senior Managing Director/Head of Technology Vertical).

Over the course of his career, Chip has served as Chairman and board member for nearly 30 technology companies worldwide. In addition to his investment expertise, he has developed and holds patents in cryptography and is a published author.

He graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and earned an M.B.A. with honors from Harvard Business School.
