Kristen Meredith is a Vice President at Prysm Capital, where she focuses on providing growth capital to technology and consumer companies. She has significant experience supporting management teams in international expansion and strategic growth initiatives.

Before joining Prysm, Kristen worked at Eurazeo in Paris, where she partnered with European middle-market companies on their global growth strategies. She began her career at BlackRock Private Equity Partners, gaining broad exposure to international private equity investments.

Kristen holds a B.A. from Middlebury College, an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.A. in International Studies from the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
