Jay Park is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Prysm Capital, where he invests in high-growth companies across technology and consumer sectors. He brings nearly two decades of investment leadership and deep experience supporting disruptive management teams.

Prior to founding Prysm, Jay spent 18 years with BlackRock Private Equity Partners, where he served on the Management and Investment Committees and helped lead investments across the U.S. and Asia. He began his career at Merrill Lynch, first in Mergers & Acquisitions and later with Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity, where he focused on emerging markets.

Jay holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University and an M.B.A. with honors from Columbia University.
