Responsibilities

• Lead develop and/or transfer of new process technologies
• Evaluate new technologies and gaps and provide input to business development
• Create, characterize, document, and qualify process flows for new technologies
• Work with process engineering to develop new unit processes
• Work with design enablement to design/improve devices and test structures
• Evaluate and implement improvements to new and existing technologies
• Communicate with customers on technical topics and updates
